Guhyasamaja - -
Guhyasamaja is a Vajrayana Buddhist deity or yidam. "Guhyasamaja" translates as "Secret Assembly" or "Secret Society." Guhyasamaja practice is highly regarded in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition as one of the most profound and advanced tantric practices. The Guhyasamaja tantra is said to contain the entire path to enlightenment in its highest form. The deity is accompanied by a consort, and their union represents the union of wisdom and compassion. Guhyasamaja practice includes visualization and meditation on the deity, as well as mantra recitation and other practices designed to generate a state of deep inner awareness and wisdom. The practice is thought to be extremely powerful and transformative, but it also necessitates extensive preparation and guidance from a qualified teacher.
